A beautiful world
If the Atlantic was just a puddle, I’d paddle from Europe
to shake your hand.
If the Mediterranean was just a stream, I’d carry much needed
food and drugs to your land.
If the Pacific was just a pond, the whole of Asia would share a bond
with the Americas and Australia, all across your terrain and
sand.
And if only the Indian Ocean was just a magic potion
To stop a huge tsunami before the wheels were put in motion!
And if the Arctic was just a warm pool, to have a bathe and to
cool.
What a beautiful notion.
