I feel upon

In the Caribbean Sea,

A Pelican -

Just that bird and me!

As I swam,

He dived

Like a hydraulic ram

To survive.

I wanted to see

And swim beside

Not to eat them for tea!

In the gentle tide.

It wasn’t my wish

To eat the fish

Just for them

To swim

Beside me!
