In for a Penny!
Now what can I buy for a pound?
A little yellow teapot I've found,
A countryside puzzle that's round,
A silver bell with no sound -
A creamy cup of tea in town!
Two paperbacks (slightly browned).
An alarm clock that’s wound;
Some seeds for the ground!
A pink princess who's been crowned -
A double-decker bus - south bound.
A sandy white plastic hound.
So what did I buy?
A washing up brush
With a frown..... :-(
